This is an elegant Crocodile embossed leather bag with soft leather interior.
The Crocodile leather is the highest quality called crocodylus porosus, made in 1950s.
It is in very good to excellent vintage condition. The interior has separate compartments.
This purse was designed for the business women. It has a zippered compartment, one small slot for a pen and next to it is an open compartment for a note pad. On the other side of the interior it has an open larger compartment. Today it would be perfect for your phone. The lining is a soft leather and linen in perfect condition.
The hardware is a gold tone with small feet on bottom of bag.
Very well constructed. Skin was polished with a stone to make look shiny.

Approximate size: Height is 8 inches, Width is 12 inches. Opens about 6 inches wide.
